SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on number of items ordered. Most wholesale orders are capped at $30.

Can you ship internationally?

We are currently not set up to ship internationally.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping is offered during certain promotions throughout the year. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Facebook.

What shipping method do you use?

We use FedEx for most shipments, They are usually cheaper and faster than other carriers in our area.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It depends on our current lead times and our current stock. Please ask when placing your order.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

What kind of designs can be put on products?

Currently, coasters work well with outline type designs, words with too many letters do not come out looking well. We can always try. Let us know what you are thinking.

How do I know what my custom order will look like?

We can send you a draft on the computer of the design, but not all computer drafts look the same as the end product. If anything looks very different, we will let you know.

Can I order separate pieces?

We try to make combinations that our customers will already love, but we will be glad to put anything together. Just put a description of the items in the notes section when ordering your item.

What happens if my product breaks?

This is highly unlikely, but we will require pictures and evidence of the malfunction. It will solely be up to Blonde Wood Crafts LLC’s descretion if a refund or a replacement will be made.

I’VE PLACED MY ORDER, AND…

I’d like to cancel my order.

Custom orders can not be cancelled or refunded. All other orders can be refunded as long as they have not been packed for shipping. Just contact us for any concerns.

I’d like to know the status of my order.

Reach out to us by calling or EMAILing us. We will be happy to let you know where your order is at in the process.

It arrived incorrect or incomplete.

Please let us know asap. You can contact us here.

I’d like to change an item.

As long as the item has not been packed for shipping, items can be changed. Just know that the lead time may start over as we may need time to process the new order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How long do refunds take?

After everything has been verified, refunds usually take 3-5 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer exchanges, but all shipping cost will be accrued by the customer, and processing time will start over as we may not have the new product in stock.

How do I return a product?

If a return is needed, instructions will be given at that time. Please contact us if you need to return a product.
